Great service from start to finish
Lovely personal help when booking the service as the water softener wasn’t registered.
Richard came to do a service on our water softener as it wasn’t working properly. He explained very clearly the pro and cons of repairing compared to the cost of a new one and made additional recommendations. He was very polite and took his time to explain aftercare. Richard was very competent and pleasant and left it completely up us to decide how to go forward.
