Order still not received

I placed an order on January 19th, paid for next day delivery but I have still not received my parcel 9 days later. When checking the tracking on the parcel, Evri are just stating that it is delayed. This is potentially an Evri issue but I wont be ordering again unless it is with another postal company.

Your order was collected from our warehouse on 19th January, but after checking the courier tracker, we can see it was delayed and subsequently lost in transit.
