I purchased 30 day program at discounted rate $22. When I tried to cancel before auto renewal I couldn’t. I spoke to Kure & they refunded me $10.74, the next day they charged my credit card for $42.99. I explained I cancelled and they told me to enjoy the product for next month. I canceled prior to 30 days and they charged me an additional month at full rate. Maria Gonzales

We want to clarify that all subscription terms, renewal pricing, and billing cycles are clearly presented during checkout and detailed in our Terms & Conditions before purchase. If a subscription is canceled correctly before the renewal date, no further charges should occur. A partial refund is sometimes issued when a billing cycle has already begun, which may explain the $10.74 refund you received.
That said, we’re genuinely sorry that this did not feel clearly communicated or properly resolved for you. This is not the experience we want anyone to have, and we understand why the subsequent charge felt unfair based on your understanding at the time.

Please be very weary of this app. The voice is repetitive and does not work, but most importantly you are not able to cancel your subscription until after the charge you for a full month. You get the app on their special rate and when you try to cancel before the 40 days you’re unable to. The day before your time expires they charge you a full month at $42.99 then the next day magically the cancel button appears.

Subscriptions with Kure are set to renew automatically unless they’re canceled at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. The exact cancellation method depends on where the subscription was purchased. If it was purchased through our website, it can be canceled by logging into the account and using the “Manage My Subscription” option, or by contacting our support team directly.
If it was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation must be completed directly through those platforms, as we don’t have access to manage in-app subscriptions on their behalf. Deleting the app itself does not cancel a subscription.
We understand that timing and visibility of renewal information can feel confusing, and we’re sorry this led to a negative experience for you.
