THE COOPERATIVE: The International Cooperative Organizational Network (I.C.O.N.), also known as The Cooperative. First formed in 2010, with the UR crisis.

THE EIGHT: Although the Cooperative is composed of many groups, the Eight are special, entrusted with the most perilous of responsibilities. Each of the Eight handle their own sphere of affairs, such as first response, espionage, or intergalactic relations. The leaders of the Eight units form a unit of their own, only assembling to respond to the greatest threats, but also to share information and discuss policies.
