You may not

• Re-upload my work unaltered and uncredited to claim as your own
• Put my work or any of it’s derivatives behind link shorteners/paywalls/patreons etc.
• Make major changes to my sims’ genetics or use them as base sims

You may, with proper credit

• Re-upload my work if the original download ever becomes unavailable
• Include my CC in lot and sim downloads
• Recolor my CC and include the mesh
• Edit or use my meshes as a base for public use, unless otherwise stated
• Convert my CC for other The Sims games
• Upload redecorated/renovated versions of lots that I have made
• Adjust sim to better fit your game eg. bigger eyes, overlays, different outfits and hair, use of your own mods

In the very unlikely event that I am uncomfortable with something that has been done with one of my creations, I ask that you please respect my wishes and either remove the subject in question or make according adjustments.
