I started in iron and now I'm ascendant, so trust me when I say that mentality is the key
You shouldn't be satisfied with barely being better than the average bronze player because that is still high bronze skill level, you need to be better than everyone in your rank to rank up.
If you have trash teammates the enemy team has trash teammates just as often as you. If you aren't winning you are the common factor on your team. Change your own gameplay and you will change the results. Don't blame your team until you are in a high enough rank for it to matter.
hardstuck bronze is always a mechanical issue
there are zero bronze players with good mechs
just grind crosshair placement and angle holding in DMs every day, learn movement, and watch your gameplay and compare it to radiants

The issue here is that there are way more stories that hooked me from the very beginning
one piece didn't feel all that interesting 20 episodes in and I don't wanna sit through something I don't enjoy just to maybe get to a part that I do enjoy
I much rather spend time on something that I find good from episode 1
I hate maps that require thinking in ranked because you literally cannot get a mid ranked team to understand any strategy beyond go A or go B or go mid or go split

He has barely any playtime on sentinel in ranked by comparison is the point I am making, and he looks amazing on it in officials
There are players with amazing ranked stats on duelists and they are mid table duelist players in officials
ranked != official play, and it is arguably the most different for duelist players
If you watched demon1 raze and think he looks comfortable on it you have to be low rank bro
d4v41 also spams duelist/initiator in ranked, and his role in officials is senti when that looks like his least played role in ranked from all time hours
playing shit in ranked does not mean it will translate well to officials and scrims
out aiming everyone on an agent in ranked does not mean you are as comfortable with it's movement and mechanics
jinggg plays jett in ranked and I have yet to see him on that agent...
Being able to play an agent in ranked vs playing it in an official is very different
Demon1 can make raze work in ranked, but we ALL KNOW how trash he is on raze in officials

Limit test yourself
Start trying to be more aggressive, don't be scared to make a play
Instead of reacting to the enemy, make a play proactively on your own terms
If you make a play and it doesn't work, ask yourself why it failed and what you could improve on
Your fights ideally should be better than 50-50
This means you are either taking bad fights (bad angle, not ready for enemies, etc) or you have a mechanical issue (aim or movement)
The most important part of aiming is actually being ready, so make sure you are ready for enemies to swing you, or when you peek you are ready for all possible positions. Visualize it in your head before you swing and you will win way more gunfights.
