he is clueless. Also our 2 maps wins against LEV were much more dominant than the score showed because of some trolling and not closing it out as quickly as we should have.

Also you can live in la la land and talk about hypotheticals but the reality is we played G2 close and rinsed them on corrode, just like we would of against NRG or any team in the world with our comp if the team against us was seeing it for the first time (sliggy agreed to this too), and c9 looked horrid against NRG. Im not supporting him, I am rooting for him. I want him to good for my fantasy, but he is incompetent. Also, good players don't just turn into idiots when playing a new agent. This guy is making the dumbest dash plays and has poor map knowledge. Look at cryo for example, he will play whatever agent, like astra yesterday, and will still do well because he is a smart player that will win gun fights no matter what agent he is on. Spike is used to playing a very aggressive playstyle (which is why i picked him up in fantasy) and that fits waylay perfectly. You need to stop making excuses for him, I am raging because he is selling my fantasy, but know that he is completely capable of improving and ending the season at a much higher level. But for now I have every right to be upset by his performance and be judgmental. After all of the hype he and this whole lev team got all off season they are playing horribly.

do you watch matches or just check the scores? playing loud 13-7 with a few crucial ecos and then 13-11 is not better than losing louds map pick to them and destroying them on the next two maps far more convincingly than c9 after they have a week more of practice and vods on us. Also we played G2 close and probably should have won, when c9 looked like they should be relegated to gc when they played NRG. Ask any competent person or co-streamer and they would all agree 100t look better.

He played Brim, Astra, Omen, Sage all on a good level in 2024 when the team was at its best. Literally his best statistical games came from that split before shanghai where he was playing those agents more than duelist. I understand you are just yapping for fun, but he has played a diverse range of agents and has ALWAYS stated that he is comfortable and happy to play whatever the team asks him to. I promise you he is not begging to only play chamber, the coaches just know how good he is on it and that it will be more meta, so they put him on it.

He wasn't benched. He has played plenty of different agents. Bang likes viper a lot. He plays and has always played whatever role the team asks him to.

He was good on both brim and astra in 2024. His astra on split was really solid. Also played omen on icebox for a good while when we were running a no duelist comp. I think he is more flexible than people give him credit for, he is just so good that they always want him on duelist/chamber to try to capitalize on his aim. But he has said a bunch that he has always been willing to play whatever agents they want him to.

That was because they still ran a senti on bind. If they were to go double controller double initatior or something with no senti cryo would take the smokes.

He won't be perma chamber unless it works or makes sense. I'm sure he can and will play other sentinels, but I don't see him ever playing viper. Bang is good and is very comfortable on viper, so if they ever do a no sentinel double controller comp it, he would likely just fill the other smokes agent.

I mean how have they not announced anything yet. It was reported they had agreements with Nbs and Gares like weeks ago. Even if you don't announce the roster yet it would be nice to hear from them and their plans for the future.

Immi thinks zander is a good player but he has said before that they did not get along well on V1. Also V1c is already a controller and there is no way zander is playing initiatior. Unless they moved vic to senti

i was like you for a long time until now. I feel sick thinking of letting eeiu go. Asuna was always better on flex but i just dont believe anymore. I feel like he has somehow gotten more shaky and just worse mechanically. And comms wise and just personality he is such a dominate force in the team and culture and it just has not worked at all. I really think it is time to move on. Even watching his streams with zander you can tell the way he communicates

meh its ok on paper but i think realistically the most important thing is getting a good coach who then builds his roster. An igl he can work with and has a same conceptual view on the game and then building around that. Ideally keeping eeiu and cryo at least

I understand your point and it could maybe be used for stage two last year and stage 2 but other than that it is not valid at all. He was top 3 in rating among the whole league for 3 out of the last 4 stages. You do not get that high by having random crazy ass games, it is only possible by consistently dominating throughout the whole split. Look game by game at his stats for all of them, there are no duds.

Next point, cryo was not the main boostio became horrible, that was boostios fault on his own being an idiot and making horrible desicions along with HORRIBLE aim. Boostio was most dominant on sentinel for 2023, it was his best role and what he played entirely. So the only argument to be had is that he was forced to play breach, which i agree is bad but that is not entirely cryos fault. Cryo showed good performances on smokes in general (brim on bind, astra on split, omen on ice box). He is more flexible than people give him credit for. I agree putting boostio on breach was a bad idea but i think that is more on the coaching and him who create the comps. And as far as eeiu having the same issues, he plays two agents only. I undrestand a scan initiator is important on practically every map but lets not act like he is any more flexible.

As far as cryo not being able to play all duelists i agree his yoru is not amazing, but i think it is still good. He put up good stats on it and showed a good conceptual understanding on how to play the agent, especially on defense. He is also top tier on jett and iso. I also dont really think his raze is too bad. I wish we would have just bought into that instead of switching asuna back on to raze after one off season performance where cryo didnt even look that bad on it. He is not a run it down shaky mouse crazy player like asuna but i really dont understand where this baiter thing comes from, he is naturally a very agressive player and looks to take fights, he just dosent always give his life away for no reason, especially when we had asuna who is a player that loves to do that.

But either way I agree I had already hoped we would move him to senti and pick up a all around duelist like timotino or somebody. I think the role would fit him well and he is not the kind of player you get rid of. Obviously his chamber is world class and he has performed well on sage. The other sentis he has played practically none of.

I kind of look at it like I do for NFL football if you know anything about that. A lot of teams make the mistake of drafting players and reaching for "positional needs". That is not how you create a good roster. You take the best talent available and build up a strong roster. If you have a player like cryo, you dont get rid of him if you want to win.

How so? Like could you give an actual example? I assume you are going to try and say comps but again I already said he has stated multiple times he is happy to play any role and has performed well on other roles when given the chance.

Like I said this year he was the best player in Americas stage 1, and then the best player on 100t is stage two with Asuna close behind stat wise. How can you argue that he does not deliver often enough when the stats over the past three years show that he clearly performs the best on the team? I agree that he could be a sentinel player and is what I would try to switch him too as well, but I really don't think his flexibility is a big problem that everyone tries to make it out to be. He has looked good on smokes and has stated many times he is willing and even happy to play any role the team wants him to. Just because they think he is most valuable on duelist doesn't make him not flexible.

I really dont see how you are trying to fault him for "not being consistent" when his ceiling is the best in the world and his floor is still better than average. And the stats show that he hits his ceiling enough for him to be one of the best in americas. I agree eeiu is really good too but he wasnt the most consistent this year and is also has all of the problems you could try to argue that cryo has.
