At ABBESS Records, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, you have the option to return or exchange your item under the conditions outlined below.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

📦 Return Conditions
All items are eligible for return, provided that they are:

In perfect condition (unused, unworn, unwashed),

In their original packaging,

Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that are damaged or do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are possible (e.g., for a different size or item).
Shipping costs for sending the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm via email whether the refund has been approved.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
