Is AYORemit regulated and safe?

Yes, we are fully regulated by government regulators.

Can I have multiple accounts?

One user can only have access to one account.

What is Mega and Express payment?

The mega Payment option is one where our clients transfer funds through their own Bank account into our account through Open Banking Payment. The Express Payment option is one where our clients pay us through their Bank cards. Currently, we can only take Visa Debit cards for payment. Customers can pay us through their AUD or Pound account. There might be a limit on the maximum send amount through card payment; information will be given while calculating the exchange rate.

What is the limit on sending amount?

The transfer amount limit depends upon the payment method to us, Bank Transfer: Once we are satisfied with compliance there isn’t any limit, and for Card payment: There might be a limit on the maximum send amount through card payment; information will be given while calculating the exchange rate. Please note there might be a limit set by our pay out partners. For further details please contact us.

How can my delete my account?

To delete your AYORemit account, please send us an email at [email protected], and we will proceed to delete it accordingly.

Can we get refund on the transaction?

If the transaction has been already created and gone to our pay out partner for payment, then it’s not possible If the transaction hasn’t been created or was on hold then we can refund the transaction. There may be certain charges as Our Bank and Card payment provider charges us too. Please contact the office for further details.

How long is the transfer process?

Generally, We do 95% of our transactions in less than a miute but in some destinations, it may take a bit longer. Please note any Holiday in the pay-out location will affect the process.

Do I need to submit furthermore documents after I registered or made transactions?

Yes, as per our compliance requirement, we may request documents to verify the source of funds even after the transaction is created.
