Otin is not an artist. 
He is a walking vessel whose only purpose is to deliver a wordless story of brutality conceived from his only home of all things that humans deny exist. 
And that home is the darkest corners of the psyche where the only reality is one that SHATTERS personality, so that the shards can be re-arranged as an artistic opus that burns the mind with a permanent mark .
No one is ever the same ... 
Art's interpretation is different with every person, and Otin makes it clear that you can only love, or hate darkness, but love and hate are too soft to describe the onslaught that is this mad scientist approach to sound as a declaration of war on the ears of the faint heart/masterpieces of art are rendered
