It’s designed to help you create sustainable lifestyle changes and achieve lasting health and body results — not quick fixes or temporary diets.

Is this the same as personal training?

No. Body Transformation Coaching is not personal training.

Body Transformation Coaching is a guided process where you work directly with me as your coach. My role is to guide you, direct your strategy, hold you accountable, and support you through every stage of your transformation. Coaching focuses on your training plan, nutrition, mindset, habits, and long-term consistency. It is not about in-person workouts — it is about expert guidance and structured oversight of your entire transformation process.

Personal Training is a separate, in-person service.
Personal Training Sessions take place in the gym and are focused on hands-on instruction, form correction, and real-time exercise execution. These sessions are optional and purchased separately.

Are personal training sessions included in the coaching?

What kind of results can I expect?

Results vary by individual, but clients typically experience fat loss, increased muscle tone, improved energy, improved metabolic health, better eating habits, a stronger mindset, and lifestyle changes that last. Many clients also achieve deeply personal goals such as healthier pregnancies, improved hormonal balance and menstrual cycles, increased strength and vitality during perimenopause and menopause, and renewed confidence in their bodies.

That’s completely okay. Part of my coaching is helping you define clear, realistic, and meaningful goals. Together, we identify where you are now and where you want to go.

Do I need gym experience to join?

Accepted Answer

No. My program is suitable for all levels — from complete beginners to advanced lifters. I teach you everything you need, and every exercise comes with a video demonstration. If you're unsure about your form, you can send me a video anytime for feedback.

Do I need a gym membership?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Your training program is built around your environment.
If you train at home, I design the plan around whatever equipment you have.
If you train in a gym, I tailor the program to the machines and weights available there.

What’s included in the nutrition part of the program?

• A fully customized meal plan
• Macro-balanced, delicious recipes
• Adjustments as needed
• Guidance on building sustainable eating habits

I do not create restrictive or fad-diet meal plans. No keto. No intermittent fasting. No cutting out food groups.

As often as you need. Coaching includes unlimited personal support and accountability. You can message me anytime through the app for guidance, questions, feedback, or motivation.

You’ll submit weekly check-ins directly through the app. This helps us track your progress, make adjustments, and keep you accountable week after week.

Absolutely. Your plan is flexible. If your schedule, equipment, travel, or physical condition changes, I adjust your program to fit your current needs.

What program options and payment plans are available?

Body Transformation Coaching is available as a 3-month or 6-month program. You can choose to pay upfront or select a monthly payment option if paying all at once feels financially challenging. I want this coaching to be accessible while still providing the structure and commitment needed for real, lasting results.

I don’t offer 1-month coaching because real, sustainable body transformation takes time — one month isn’t enough to build habits, create consistency, or make meaningful, lasting changes.

Can I cancel or pause the program?

Accepted Answer

No. Because this is a highly personalized program, all sales are final and cancellations or pauses are not available. From the moment you begin, I work with you personally and create everything specifically for you — your training program, nutrition plan, guidance, and ongoing support. You receive immediate access to custom materials and individualized coaching that cannot be reused or transferred.

For this reason, once coaching begins, the program cannot be canceled or paused.

Can I combine coaching with personal training?

Yes. Coaching and personal training are separate services, but many local clients choose to combine them. Coaching provides structure and guidance, while personal training focuses on hands-on form coaching in the gym. Together, they complement each other for optimal results.
