Farore, do you know if you're sick due to stress or somethin' else? I could give a few recommendations on how best to relax and different scents or oils to put into a bath that allow your muscles to release tension, and slowly work out the illness. People have told me it sounds moronic, but hey. Though if you already know that, don't mind me, haha~

Ugh. To help with that, and if you don't mind the scent of lavender, putting the oils or powders (some call them bath bombs) in the water can help promote relaxation and sleep. Or if your stomach/abdomen is cramping due to the virus or whatever you may have, it'll help to relax them and give a more calm sense and feeling. Crushed rose petals, if you can get them from where you are, also help a lot too. Dr.Teal's epsom salts are often the most widely available throughout the nation, so it would probably be best to look for that. Doubly so since they come in a lot of scents and is fairly inexpensive from what I recall.
