I see myself pushing further when i'm at the gym. I figured... For a month... Keep the same intensity and pace. Then the next month bring it up some more.
Same goes for weights. Perhaps bring it up a bit by weight.
Dunno it seems to work. I feel a lot faster and slightly bit more energetic.

Yay! That's great that you're feeling better. I'm trying to get the courage to get back to the YMCA I feel wierd going by myself. I am going to try lap swiming and water aerobics, since zumba was a nightmare
