So luckily nothing super-serious, no nerve damage or anything like that. though I was suggested to take tomorrow off work as well. It's mostly just some tense muscles and some SEVERELY limited spinal mobility. I'll be going in for a follow-up tomorrow, and the doctor wants to see me 3x a week.
Hopefully everything pans out nicely, I'm still a little sore right now, but that should just be everything settling
