It is not my responsibility to inform you of my TOS, because they are clearly listed on my platforms.

COMMISSION INFORMATION

Pricing of art pieces, commissions, or auctions are my right. My prices may change from previous quotes, or minimums; depending on the complexity of character(s), background, and details. The price agreed upon by commissioner and artist are valid until payment is received or 30 days, whichever is first.

Characters Complexity- Characters that do not have art or a visual representation of character designs will be subjected to an additional fee or be requested to provide such references at the commissioners expense. Characters complexity is subject to review by artist.

Specials- These are when specific commission types are on sale, most of the time they are random and they come and go with specific seasons. Once an sale ends it is gone until specified.
Gifts- I do not give gifts (Free Art) to those who ask. I do not provide free art.

Streaming Content- Any commission can be streamed upon request. Streams are public and featured on Picarto.

Commission Cancellations/Refunds-
If a commissioner decides that my abilities do not suit their commission needs/wants a 60% refund will be included after the rough sketch, 20% after lines. (If in between stages it will be 50%)
I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time, for any reason. If this ever happens the commissioner will receive a 100% refund.

Payment-
Payment is restricted to USD via Paypal. I only ask that payment is sent and received before I start the commission OR before the commission is completed. The payment can be sub-divided for half before the start and half before completion. Any other payment options can be arranged though they are not guarenteed to be accepted.
By paying, the commissioner automatically agrees to all TOS.
