Disclaimers
- It's the client's responsibility to read through everything to the best of their ability. By commissioning me, you agree to adhere to these policies and are bound to them.
- Please contact me if you have any questions, or need clarification!
- These Terms of Service are subject to change, and I reserve the right to do so at anytime.
- I reserve the right to refuse or turn down any request at any time for any reason.
- I reserve the right to refund a commission at any time for any reason if I feel I am unable to complete the commission.
- By commissioning me to produce any NSFW adult-related content, you (the client) are hereby stating that you are of 18 years of age or older. You may not commission adult content from me if you are not at least 18 years old.
- I will not be harassed into working on your commission faster.
- I don't do free requests. Sorry!
Before You Commission Me
- I generally make a post giving people a heads up that I'll be opening soon, and then another post when I actually open, with links to relevant information.
- Make sure I am open for commissions by either asking me directly or checking out my status. (Current Status: can be found on my main profile & commissions tabs)
- I prefer to have at least one reference image of your character. Flat colors would be best for accuracy. In-game shots are acceptable if they clearly show your character. For best results, please include screenshots from multiple angles (at least front and 3/4).
- You're allowed to use art that isn't yours to express or explain any ideas you have for the character, clothing, props, or image composition, but I will not copy someone's art or character design. The end result must be different.
- I will accept text references, but please keep things short and to the point.
- If your submission is really long and/or disorganized, I will rewrite it to be easier to read while drawing. If I have to do this it will incur extra fees.

Commission Process
1. I'll contact you to confirm your spot in my queue, give you a price quote, and I'll ask any questions that I may have regarding your commission.
2. Once we've agreed on the price, I'll request payment via a PayPal invoice sent to the email that you have provided me. At least half of the total payment must be made up-front.
3. After I confirm payment, work will begin on a WIP snapshot, which will be delivered to you upon completion for you to pursue and request minor changes to. Please note that any significant changes (not including any corrections made due to errors on my part) will incur a fee that must be paid before I deliver the revisions.
4. When you have approved the WIP snapshot, I'll move on to making the final. When the final is completed, I'll request any remaining payments before sending you a download link for it. Any requested changes to the final will incur a fee that must be paid before I deliver the revision(s). It's worth noting that any alteration requests based on things I got wrong (like an incorrect color on a character, a missing element, etc.) will NOT incur a fee.
Payments
- Payments must be made via PayPal only (USD).
- Invoice will be sent upfront via PayPal's invoicing system. Please don't send money yourself unless I've asked.
- A commission will not begin until the first payment is received. If the first payment does not arrive within 1 week of when the client has agreed to pay, then a reminder will be sent. If there is no response within 1 week of that reminder, the commission will be canceled.
- Once the commission is complete, the client will be notified, and the second payment will be requested before the completed image is submitted. If there is no response from the client within 1 week of completing the piece, a reminder will be sent. If there is no response from the client within 1 week of that reminder, the commission will be canceled without refund.
Communication & Manners
- Please respond to notes or emails in a timely manner. I, the artist, will do my best to do the same. Rudeness from either party will not be tolerated.
Time Frame
- The current turnaround time for my commissions is 4-5 weeks.
- The deadline will be extended by any time for :
・Waiting for feedback from the client.
・Production time for requested alterations.
- The client will be notified of any delays caused by issues unrelated to the above - In this case, compensation will be arranged if requested.
- If a client does not respond to the WIP snapshot within 2 weeks of receiving it, the commission will be canceled with out the option for a refund, and the client loses all distribution rights to the work produced.
- Deadlines are okay as long as they're reasonable (a month at least), but I don't accept deadlines until I've received payment. If you need the project rushed I will charge extra.
- I will not be harassed into working on your commission faster.
References & Editing
- You as the commissioner are responsible for the quality of your references. Please make sure your descriptions, requests, and references are clear, detailed, and concise, or you might not receive an accurate depiction of your character. If you would like help with this please check out my Commission Guidelines & Formatting~♥
- Make sure any reference images stay uploaded and available until I've finished your work.
- Completed commissions CANNOT be edited or colored by another artist including the commissioner.
- I, the artist, will not be held accountable to correct or adjust commissions due to unclear or un-defined information provided by the commissioner in the order form. I, the artist, will be accountable to correct or adjust commissions where I have failed to follow provided reference material.
- If artwork needs additional edits and the fault lies in the provided reference material by the commissioner edits may be requested. An additional fee for edits may be discussed. It is the commissioners right to refuse this fee. If fee is refused it is the artist right to refuse to make the edits.
Rework & Revisions Policy
- I'm usually okay with making changes to WIP snapshots as long as they don't get excessive and don't go a step backwards. (ie. wanting changes to lineart when I'm showing you colors)
- After the first half hour of edits, I will stage charging per half hour / edit session.
- It's totally fine to edit a WIP shot to show me exactly what kind of change you want.
- I do not make changes (for free) after the commission has been completed, unless its a detail that I had completely missed or forgotten.
- For Reference Sheets, I'm okay with going back and making small edits if your character has changed and you want your sheet to reflect it. Cost will vary depending on the edits you want.
- I reserve the right to reject suggestions and critique, if I feel said critique reduces the quality of the piece.
- I reserve the right to charge extra per sketch if I am required to completely scrap my original idea and start over.
- I reserve the right to recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected.
Sharing & Usage Policy / Client Rights
- I reserve the right to post any work produced though commissions wherever I wish. If you desire private exclusivity rights to any work that I produce for you, you must negotiate for this privilege with me first. This privilege will likely incur a monetary fee at my discretion.
- I will not re-sell any work that I produce for you, in any form, without your express permission. I will use commission work as a part of my portfolio, unless I have granted you exclusivity rights to your commission after a negotiation with me. (see above)
