Finally! I cast these up specially since I'd tried some paint-varnishing on the first plain batch. Here for your photographic pleasure is a selection of the reproduction horns I can cast for you.
I've laid them out in more or less the same arrangement as the originals were in this picture: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6437780
These casts have a polyurethane resin shell, filled with a rigid polyurethane foam. This keeps them delightfully strong and light, as well as able to be trimmed with basic hand-tools.
Some of these can be ordered imediately, some may take a little while to produce as moulds need replacing already. (the curly ram horns were especially hard on the moulds) This'll likely be easily fixed by using "dragon skin" silicone this time around.
Like all my urethane products, these can be mixed to any base colour you like. Follow-up image will show surface detailing.

Hmm, well that would come to about 850grams in horns, so say a full kilo packed (might be a bit more).. Airsure would be £24, surface mail (2 month delivery) at £12.68. I'll check at the post office about how packet physical size would effect this.
And thankyou for the compliment!

I think all I can say is the full size kudu horns will probably be about or a little more than the #5 ram horns. The miniture versions will depend on getting shrinking resin for new masters, but the stuff is both expensive and difficult to use. Presuming it works first time and I don't waste £200 of resin on a failed casting, subsequent mini-kudu horns will probably be about £20-25.
These are just estimates though.

The type #5s are £35GBP for plain with standard fill. The individual page has a list of all the available options for the time and their costs.
