
We’ve had a very positive experience with Ketch. The sales and integrations teams went above and beyond, supporting us for weeks after our originally planned go-live date due to delays on our end. Their guidance made the process seamless and stress-free.
The platform was straightforward to set up, and our integration lead was always available to answer questions and provide guidance via Slack. Our current use case is fairly simple—using Ketch for consent management—but implementation was smooth, and we’re excited to explore additional features in the future. Some parts of the platform take a bit of time to get comfortable with. Certain editing features aren’t immediately obvious, and understanding how some functions are labeled or structured can require a bit of guidance. The team was extremely helpful in walking us through these details, which made adoption easier, and it’s great to know there’s ongoing support as we continue using the system.
