What do you like best about Loopio?

Starting as a user, I've become an administrator over the years, and Loopio has become an integral part of my work life. What I like about Loopio

- Ease of use (UI).

- Ability to answer lots of questions on the go.

- Enhanced Library features and the ability to search past projects, which were missing in the past.

- Loopio's customer support has been great.

- Integration abilities with other software like Slack Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loopio?

There are any major complaints about Loopio, but a few I would like to be better are

- Library Management, especially the ability to identify duplicates, which is okayish at the moment.

- Magic functionality can be a little better especially more context driven. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Loopio has helped in the automation of RFP responses to a great extent. The amount of time spent on refilling the same boring answers has been knocked out, and instead, we can focus a great deal on enhancing the value of the RFP. What do you like best about Loopio?

I appreciate Loopio's simple user interface, which allows me to navigate easily and efficiently without encountering any complex or hidden buttons. This intuitive design significantly enhances my user experience by making the process straightforward. I also love the ability to store answers under different stacks, which is incredibly helpful for organizing content. This feature makes it easy to apply filters and find highly relevant answers quickly, streamlining my workflow for RFx requests. Additionally, I value the ease of Loopio's initial setup, which was remarkably simple and akin to a plug-and-play experience. We were provided with SSO login credentials, making the transition smooth and hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loopio?

I am not satisfied with Loopio's Magic functionality. Despite the fact that there are relevant answers in the database, the Magic function often fails to deliver the right or even relevant answers to my questions. I've tried using it with different settings, but there is no noticeable difference in the quality of answers produced. While it offers responses to a number of questions, the accuracy and relevance remain problematic. Without the Magic function, my experience with Loopio is significantly better.
