What do you like best about Okendo?

I like the look of the review widget and the customization to make it more on brand. Overall, really great support from their team when you have a question or issue. They're always quick to respond and help. The ability to offer different rewards for text/photo/video reviews is great. I like the quiz but would love more options there (design and functionality). Overall a great platform, easy to use. Migration was super easy and team was very helpful in making sure all of our reviews transferred over correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Okendo?

There's a large gap from the 200/mo order plan to the 1500/mo plan. Seems odd and you have to then buy credits if you're somewhere in the middle. Which is fine, but if you aren't paying close attention to it, you may not even know you are out of credits. A plan in between this would be great. What do you like best about Okendo?

Josh was absolutely amazing to work with. He spent a significant amount of time helping us design and implement a brand-new waterfall-style review layout, and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process.

What do you like best about Okendo?

I love the features of Okendo's rewards program, and our customers find it clear and easy to use, which gives them a reason to come back. I really appreciate how Okendo integrates well with our other platforms, and importantly, it integrates well with Shopify. After a customer in the program makes a purchase, they receive a text letting them know how many points they have, which is a great feature. Customers are able to check out customer ratings and reviews on product pages, and we love repurposing reviews for our emails and other content creation. The people at Okendo are great to work with, offering wonderful support and consistent communication. Shout out to Roy for amazing support. What I like most about Okendo is that it actually delivers on what a reviews platform should do. We moved from another tool that was missing several features, and Okendo had everything we needed from day one. What do you like best about Okendo?

I use Okendo for adding social proof to the site, which helps the stores I'm managing to gain more trust from the customers. The app support is very helpful and always available to help with all concerns I've had, even extending help on updating some CSS codes. Their support team assists in exporting/importing reviews and responds quickly when I encounter trouble, making my work very easy. What do you dislike about Okendo?

I believe it could be improved in terms of having more flexibility in where we can put the reviews. I just found out that the app cannot showcase the reviews until checkout where other apps can do that. I'm hoping this feature will be added soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
