The implementation process was very quick, which significantly improved our connection with the Service Team. We worked intensively, around the clock, to ensure we were ready to go live by June 1—and we succeeded. Afterward, we set up four additional entities using the standard implementation process. The system's ease of reviewing and accepting purchase orders once items are received, along with the invoice capture feature, has been extremely helpful for my monthly reconciliation. I love the fact that Procurify has a platform that allows me to respond to requests and double-check assigned budgets on a computer or my phone. It has sped up the process of processing invoices when we have to pay for the items we have purchased. I love that Procurify is fast and efficient. It's easy and self-explanatory to use, especially for ordering uniforms and supplies for my employees. The setup was easy too; once I had my login and credentials, I could log in smoothly the first time using my company ID, username, and password. I just would like if the things we order could be changed so we can reorder and just change what we do need and what we don’t need quicker instead of starting a whole new order, or if it was possible for it to just be a recurring order and we can just click on it and say hey this is the order I need. I appreciate that Procurify allows me to take care of all my uniform needs in one place. It's great that I can order specialty jackets or shirts if needed without having to visit another website. It really serves as a one-stop shop for me. I also like that I can place an order once it's approved through my company and easily send a screenshot with an order number. I get a quick response back from Procurify alerting me that they have received my order, which removes the hassle of worrying if my order went through. I like how Procurify routes purchase requests to the right approvers based on rules, budgets, and thresholds, which ensures efficiency in the approval process. I appreciate the live budget consumption feature as it helps my team avoid overshooting budgets unknowingly. I find the ability to handle requests, approvals, and track orders on the go through mobile access super convenient and beneficial for my workflow. The easy functionality of the app. I love being able to use my mobile phone to check in hundreds of items daily with quickness, easiness and efficiency. Customer service has been friendly and helpful and very reliable. I use this app. multiple times everyday, 5 times a week at work. The features are very user friendly and easy to use. We implemented this app. over a year ago and we are almost at 10,000 Procurify numbers! We hit the ground running with Procurify and its integration into our dept. couldn't have gone any smoother. Not many things to complain about with Procurify. I wish the images popped up quicker and showed up sooner after you take a photo with your phone camera. When trying to attach the photo to items, there seems to be a bit of a lag of the photo you just took. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like having everything in one spot with Procurify. It's convenient to get reports from one website, which helps a lot. I also think it's really great when you can ask for other requests like travel requests or do expense reports and ask for reimbursements. These are my favorite features. Sometimes I feel like it's a bit complicated to retrieve an expense report you've done. It feels like I'm on the back end of a website. It's not as simple, and looking for information is not always easy, especially when I'm doing the expense report and need to submit a picture. Creates unique approval work flows, tracks spending, allows for clarity in spending and helps consolidate information and data to a central area. Support through the web based application has been very good with both AI and agents providing useful information in a timely manner. Uptime has also been excellent. We use Procurify for a lot of important tasks at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. It helps with expense reports, creating and issuing POs, and paying invoices, making it a one-stop solution for our needs. We find it easy to use and it offers transparency to follow the process from start to finish. We really appreciate the customer service, which is a 10/10, especially with Tiffany being great. We value all features we use, like the PO function and invoice processing, and the AI match feature is excellent. Also, the onboarding process was seamless thanks to Jeffery, who guided us through the steps in an easy-to-understand manner. This was the best onboarding experience ever. I can provide the necessary information and receive the exact item. I like being able to search all my old orders and find the details about them. I don’t need to document my orders separately which saves time, anytime I need them, I just get them from Procurify.
