
I find Retention.com's data aspect really valuable. We don't send through Retention.com but receive data from it, which majorly helps with our outreach. Getting a good return on investment is evident, with a clear difference in results when using Retention.com versus not using it. This is mainly due to having access to signals and data on the people we're prospecting. I know many who use Shopify and ecom platforms find it extremely useful, even though we don't use those, we still benefit a lot. The setup was really easy—just making an account and either using short codes or possibly a plugin—and once activated, it started collecting data right away without any disconnections.
