SAP FG is one of the most popular VMS available in the market to manage Contingent Workers, I have been using it to mange contingent workers for different clients.

Its bridge the communication between Vendors/Consultancy and the clients in managing contingent workers.

I use it to track active job status and submitted candidates application status and beyond.
