
It has really impressed me with their new Gen AI Intelligence features; these features are now a core part of our work processes and are specifically used for tracking our visibility in AI-generated search engine results. We have been able to use the insights we received from the platform to enhance our content strategy for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). The platform is easy to use and has a wide variety of features, many of which allow us to do everything from competitive analysis to keyword research for our marketing efforts. The primary downside of the platform is its depth. Due to the number of features available, there is a steep learning curve for new team members, requiring a significant amount of time to fully master the Gen AI Intelligence dashboards. Additionally, pricing for the Gen AI Intelligence solution tends to be on the higher end of the scale for some smaller organizations; however, the return on investment from using our Answer Engine Optimization strategy typically outweighs the cost.
