I like that AvePoint Confidence Platform enables us to manage everything through a single pane of glass, which simplifies the process. Coupled with Opus, it also makes reinstating files easy by allowing users to do it themselves rather than logging a ticket with IT, saving us time and hassle. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus.

I love how easy it is to use and set up AvePoint Confidence Platform. The step-by-step initial setup process is straightforward, and although we ran into a few issues, AvePoint's support was really helpful in resolving them. The platform provides great reporting, offering insights for our clients and giving them visibility with auto reports sent on a regular basis. It's also easy to manage and update, and having a near 'one-pane-of-glass view' where all backups are in one place is super convenient. The segregation of users and the ability to attach Azure groups make management much more manageable. Importantly, clients can recover their own data without needing our intervention, which frees up time for us to focus on other tasks.
