I most like the ease of use that Nooks offers, with its really good UI making it easy to understand what different functionalities are. I also appreciate features like battle cards and AI role play, which enhance my experience. The battle cards are particularly helpful during calls when a prospect mentions a competitor, as I can read them live. The AI role play makes it easier for me to handle objections by allowing me to role-play with common ones and see how I perform.

Parallel dialing function, reporting capabilities, customer support & onboarding

I think what I like most about Nooks is the connection rate is really good. I also think the parallel dialing is really nice. The initial setup was very easy.
