I appreciate Payhawk's configurability, especially the workflows and custom fields, which really stand out to me. I also like its user-friendly interface that caters to all users. The integration with QuickBooks Live and the ability to do push-integrations via CSV import from other key systems at setup, like HiBob for employee lists, is great. The process of getting set up for 80% of our use cases was incredibly easy, which was a huge advantage. Additionally, I value the vastly higher functionality and the linkage between the cards in use and the expense submission process compared to our previous software.
