I've adjusted this to Carlo's comment, thanks mate.To give more detail: since, while War of the Ancients chronologically happens before any Warcraft 1 era books, it is better read with context of having read everything up to Day of Dragon.

Hi Jimmy, the list it's about the literature. I have not included the comics. As for Chronicles 2 and 3, they have summaries of the stories from the books in that list. Only volume one have the mythos beying the Warcraft lore and that is the reason why it is the first one to read.
