Literally agree with what you said Warda, Mistborn is what got me into reading, not even growing up with HP could do that.

Aah I loved this book so much, now I've read almost everything by Brandon Sanderson. I actually almost fainted after reading the book so intensely, I just couldn't put it down :')
I'm going to buy it in a few days and hopefully I will be able to read it in the next months! :) Very excited about it

His plot twits are just something else.

I just finished it. highly recommended, after this and The Stormlight Archive Brandon Sanderson is becoming one my all time favorite authors.

I wouldn’t say it’s better or worse. It’s different, I guess but they’re both epic fantasies. But the epicness differs since Mistborn is only a trilogy and The Stormlight Archive will be a 10-book series. So the latter felt more elevated to me. But I love them both. Still 5 stars. Mistborn just means something to me which is why I’ve reread it so many times lol
I recently ordered my first Brandon Sanderson and this just made me so excited for what’s ahead!!

Oh I see! Yes it does make sense - I had heard about the 10 book series from Sanderson but did not realise it was the Stormlight Archive series - and here I was, so glad that I had read The Way of Kings and thought I had finished a third of the series just to realise there are more books on their way :( still very new to the fantasy world obviously haha thank you - that was super helpful :) Mistborn will be next then while I am waiting for the other books :)
