I only reread this one because I mean serious business about doing a full series reread of the "original" Goosebumps titles (where does that even end, though, I wonder? yet TBD), but I distinctly remembered reading this installment once and only once as a kid because I disliked it so much. I just think it's incredibly boring and apparently, that feeling hasn't changed in the 20-ish years since I first read it.

I have all the old Fear Streets.
Good luck there are around 40 goosebumps books. I would only count the books with older cover designs for your reread.

I wish I still did! I didn't remember the order by heart so I found a list online.

There are 62 books of the original series. When I was in elementary school, my old best friend and me were obsessed with the books, and in that time I had them all memorized in order, and going through, I realized for the most part, I still have most of the order memorized. And rember a lot about the books, despite it being so long.
This reread is pretty freaking impressive! My sister and I used to devour these books (errr...not literally, as that would be a Goosebumps story in itself); I’m really looking forward to seeing all your reviews!!

I'm glad you didn't literally devour them. I definitely remember actually eating the corner of a page in one of my Goosebumps books when I was 6 or 7. I don't know why I'm telling you this. (It was NOT delicious.)

I never actually read the books as a child because even the covers terrified me. Everything terrified me as a child. I've been meaning to give them a try as an adult at some point; maybe I'll wait until you read them all and then choose the one with the best rating!

Nefeli, I agree with Emma! They're really not scary AT ALL so you would probably not have been as bothered by them as you might have thought :)
