it was amazing
bookshelves: james-patterson, suspense-thriller, favorites

I enjoyed this book so much. I really liked the idea behind the Women’s Murder Club. Four female friends-- homicide inspector Lindsay, medical examiner Claire, assistant D.A. Jill, and reporter Cindy—working together to come up with ideas to try to solve the grisly killings of newlywed couples. They each have something to bring to the table, they’re smart, and each have distinctive personalities. The secondary cast was also fantastic, interesting, and quite a colorful group of characters. The plot was fast-paced, had some good unexpected twists, and I loved the San Francisco setting. Overall, this was an extremely entertaining story that held my interest throughout.

Ivy H This book was awesome ! It was a great start to a series that started to get a bit tedious, after the 10th book or so. Lol.

Great review, Paula ! : )

Thanks so much, Ivy! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I'm curious to check out more from the series. It looks like the series is currently up to 20 books. That's quite a lot! :)

The first 10 were great, riveting reads, so you've got that much to anticipate.

I'm looking forward to them! :)

Stimpson J. Kat esq... I collect Patterson I dunno how many I do have but I haven't even made a dent I them. I own a few of this series as well. Tonight I started reading book #2 2nd Chance (2002). The prologue I got into but once you had Lindsay speak and she's talking about the first book my mind went blank as it has been years upon years since I last read it so I have go back to this one again, no worries I've read it I think 2 times already. You reading the next one now ?

This was the first James Patterson book I read. I've got a couple others of his but haven't gotten around to reading them yet.

Stimpson J. Kat esq... Oh okay, by the way it's not true that you can pick up as any Alex cross book and know what's going on. I'm not saying you did say that but one reviewer did. Alex mentions past things in past books. And I did go back to the first book so far I'm 10 chapters in

Stimpson J. Kat esq... And I forgot to mention one reviewer on Goodreads said that somewhere on here, it wasn't on this page

I'd like to read more of his someday. :)

Stimpson J. Kat esq... I know he doesn't write as much books by himself and he says he writes the outlines of his books and does work with the author he uses but he's one of my favorites even if not every book is a gem much like any author
