Fred LaMotte My favorite LeGuin novels are two that are almost never mentioned: 'Very Far Away From Anywhere Else,' a tender coming of age novel that has nothing to do with fantasy or science fiction; and 'The Word for World is Forest,' a very short novel with HUGE themes, so huge that it became the basis for the planet of the Ewoks in Star Wars, and the plot of Avatar.
