Update after my third time reading this book. I wouldn’t change a word of what I said in my previous review…
The past is obdurate, but this book is consummate. It has entirely enshrouded itself within my heart and it occupies space there infinitely. I absolutely love everything about it, and I believe this is one of this centuries’ literary masterpieces. It is genre-bending, emotionally transcendent and inescapably fascinating from beginning to end. I will read this many, many more times in my life and I expect to walk away with new self-discoveries every time. That’s how good this book is. It’s more than just words on a page. It’s meditative, it’s reflective, and it’s healing. Keep dancing…
