I thought Kastor and Hamilton did an amazing job of taking us into the mindset of an elite distance runner. I'm in the middle of trying to read as many running memoirs as possible, and this was definitely one of my favorites. The races are vividly described, and Kastor's drive towards excellence is really inspiring.
