"I can't believe I'm still reading this. Even less I can understand why I enjoy it. But I do. It got better. Now it's fun. Even though it's so cliché. Maybe it has something to do with the good wine I'm drinking or the fact that my boyfriend is out of town. I feel like I'm sixteen again! Only the wine is better..."

That is hilarious! So, it was unrealistic but a nice fiction? I just rated a book 3 stars for that.

I don't know. Maybe sometimes a book just fits your current mood. Or maybe sometimes you just need a certain mood to enjoy a certain book. This book at least was consistent, meaning it didn't try to be something it is not. Does this make sense?! :)

I felt the same - as I was reading, I thought how unrealistic but by the end I was getting tears.
I know! One sentence had me crying. Then the next made me laugh.
A good escape.
Yah. Unrealistic like Bobby. Like I thought he would be shady af. Turns out he really just was, unrealistic. And talk about the major plot twist with Clair.. Like FR? Tf, that came out sudden and fast.
Same here - I cried several times in the last half of the book. I didn't like the first half at all. The characters were completely unlikeable, and that mama never improved. Ugh.
