DINC lose CS team
The DINC Counter-Strike team have informed HLTV.org they are on the lookout for a new organization to represent.
The team recently cashed in $3,000 after their second-place finish in the ESEA Invite Season 8, in which they fell short to Evil Geniuses by 2-0 in the final.
After accommodating their travels the last three events by themselves, the team found themselves in a situation which saw their organization die out on them.
They were initially promised reimbursement for their expenses by the organization, but eventually "realized it would probably not happen".
"We've been a team for almost a year now with some minor changes and have been preparing, practicing, and competing in every tournament were able to get ourselves to without having proper support from organizations", Nazar "steno" Vynnytsky said.
"We started in Loaded, but due to budget cuts, the management and founder decided it was best to part ways with the organization leaving it with no backbone to heal and continue to grow."
Instead of letting this get to them, the team understood they had to "come together and unite as a team", instead of thinking negatively.
"Although, in most cases, under such circumstances, teams would usually disband or, in due time, run into certain pressures and other stressfull issues which could result in unnecessary drama or problems teams shouldn't be dealing with when trying to prepare for a tournament", he continued.
"However, in our situation, for the most part, it left our guys in a depressing hole and we quickly realized that, instead of thinking negatively, instead of letting organizations or certain people dictate the potentials of our team, that we had to come together and unite as a team.
Despite the disappointments in Loaded and Damage Inc, Nazar "steno" Vynnytsky emphasized that their hunger and motivation grew stronger.
"With all this said it done, our hunger and motivation grew even stronger to prove to successfull organizations out there, and even teams who have been struggling with what we have, to continue to work hard in hopes of it paying off one day or to just be given a chance to travel and compete and prove we have what it takes to compete with the best teams in the world."
"All we ask for is for someone to recognize us and give us a home for our team to continue to grow and hopefully one day we will be able to show our potential and give good games to all the other top teams in the world", Vynnytsky concluded.
They are now looking for for a stable organization that is able to provide them with the right kind of support, and can be contacted at paulyg527@gmail.com.
The team, who are currently going under the temporary name Fear Factor, boast the following players:
Nazar "steno" Vynnytsky
Jason "jstone" Caposello
Kevin "aZn" Wang
Sean "sgares" Gares
Paul "pauLy" Guevara
