Shipping policy

International Shipments

We offer international shipping. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 working days.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes around 2 to 3 working days, although this may vary depending on the shipping company and their circumstances.
You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as your order is shipped.

Home Deliveries
Only one delivery attempt is made. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be redirected to the nearest access point of the corresponding company. 

VERY IMPORTANT:
When you receive your order, it is essential to check that all items are in good condition. If everything is fine, you can dispose of the box and any protective materials.

If any items arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process the claim, please send us photos of the box and the damaged items. Do not dispose of the box or protective materials, as they may be needed for the return process.

Once we receive the damaged items, we will issue a refund for the affected pieces.

If you wish to return items for reasons other than transportation damage, the shipping and return costs will be your responsibility. After we receive the items and confirm they are in their original condition, we will process a refund for the items' cost.

Customs Fees
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated automatically at checkout once the postal code is entered.
