Nice S.p.A. has activated its own reporting management procedure (Whistleblowing Procedure) pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, which defines the channels available for making a report and ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the person making the report, the person involved, and the content of the report and related documentation.
