NSGC Refund and Exchange Policy on Educational Products
- Please review the items in your cart carefully before you make a purchase.
- To view a list of online courses you have previously completed, please visit your learning portal or view your CEU records.
- All purchases made in the NSGC Online Education Center are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for any reason.
- This policy applies to NSGC online courses, the NSGC Member Webinar Series, and recordings from the NSGC Annual Conference.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to keep track of all course expiration dates.
NSGC Online Learning Center Transition
A brand new NSGC Online Education Center is launching this summer, bringing a more streamlined and user-friendly learning experience.
Before the transition, please take note of these final deadlines:
- Friday, May 1: Last day to purchase educational offerings before access pauses
- Sunday, May 31: Deadline to complete all in-progress education
NSGC will carry forward learner progress into the new learning management system for the following:
- 2024 and 2025 Full conference packages
- Pre-conference
- Full conference
- General session packages
- 2025 and 2026 full webinar packages
- 2026 Journal of Genetic Counseling program
Progress for other educational offerings including online courses, individual webinars and individual conference recordings cannot be guaranteed if not completed by May 31.
For attendees of live webinars in May and June, CEUs will be available for purchase in the new online education center on July 1.
