Running With Scissors Studios LLC (RWS) is an American video game developer.

The company was founded in 1996 as Running With Scissors, Inc., a spin-off label of Riedel Software Productions (RSP) intended for developing mature games.[1][2] After the release of Postal, RSP transitioned to developing under the RWS label.[2]
