Gundam Evolution was a real-time, multiplayer, FPS in the Gundam series, developed and published by Bandai Namco Online.
It was a 6v6 team-based game where players played as Mobile Suits from the Gundam metaseries to complete objectives.
The game was initially announced with a teaser trailer on July 15, 2021.[2] Over half a year later, on March 9, 2022, it was announced that the game will be released worldwide on several platforms.[3] A Closed Network Test was also held from April 7-12 for Steam players worldwide and Bandai Namco Launcher players in Japan.[4]
On September 6th, Bandai Namco announced that the game will be released on September 21, 2022 for PC players via Steam worldwide and Bandai Namco Launcher in Japan.[5]
Gundam Evolution was released on Steam on September 20, 2022. Service ended on November 29, 2023, over one year later.

Notes
- Increasing the framerate cap will result in slowdown if you do not hit the desired framerate
- Testing on i7 9700KF and RTX 3090 on 1440p at 165fps results in many drops to 100-120fps which equates to a linear 28-40% slowdown on shooting, reloading, and movement
