Touhou Kaeizuka ～ Phantasmagoria of Flower View (東方花映塚～ Phantasmagoria of Flower View) is a Vertical-Scrolling Shoot 'em up in the Touhou Project series of games. It is the 9th official game in the series. ^[1]

The original retail version was released on August 14, 2005. The game was released digitally to Steam on April 25th, 2022. ^[2]

Fixes multiple issues, like the Win10 full-screen error and DLL "Entry Point Not Found" error.

Download the ESB DX8 to DX9 converter. Extract files to the installation folder. Game should run as usual.
