The Hunter: Call of the Wild is a singleplayer and a multiplayer first-person action game developed by Expansive Worlds and published by Avalanche Studios. It is part of the The Hunter series, and the successor of The Hunter.
Announced for the first time in November 2016[1], the game was first released on Steam in February 16, 2017. In November 25, 2021, the game is released for Epic Games Store, and then later for Microsoft Store in 30, November 2021.
The game still currently gets free regular updates, as well as paid DLCs that are mostly used to enhance the gameplay to new locations, weapons, and so on. In February 22, 2022, FSR 1.0 has been introduced in the game[2]. As from June 17, 2025, the game features over 50 DLCs.
