Collectables may not saved correctly
- While all collectables are shown collected in abilities menu, after restarting the game, one collectable may be missing.[11]

The valve in Chapter IV can't be turned
- This issue is because Nite Owl or Rorschach may not be spawned to help.[14]

- If is still not working, exit the valve and try to guide Nite Owl that's on the other side to the other valve, try to make him close to it. This is the same if you play as Nite Owl, guide Rorschach.[16]
- Another way is to go left with Rorschach and right with Nite Owl.[17]
Runtime Error
- Do not rename or delete the
bootscreen.bmpin <path-to-game>\titledata\pc.[18]
Save game/checkpoint not loading
- Save game is tied to user (or users in co-op) who played the game. If a 2nd controller was connected, it must be reconnected again.[19]
Installer request every time you launch the game
- This issue is only for Windows 10. The game wants to install an old patch.[20]

- .NET Framework 3.5 and the game DirectX must be installed. Do not skip these installers.[22]
