General Conference Questions

How do I apply to be a speaker at RSAC Conference?
Fill out an application during the designated Call for Speakers submission period which opened on July 24, 2025 for RSAC™ 2026 Conference. The application must contain your contact information and a detailed proposal of your session. Speakers are selected by the RSAC™ Conference Program Committee, an independent panel of volunteer judges from the enterprise, government, academic, and vendor communities. 

How do I become an exhibitor at RSAC Conference?
RSAC Conference offers vendors the unique opportunity to present their solutions to approximately 44,000 Conference attendees. To become an exhibitor or sponsor at the world’s leading cybersecurity event, contact a sales manager.

What does “RSA” stand for in RSAC Conference?
RSAC Conference began 34 years ago as a user conference for customers of RSA. RSA is an acronym made up of the first letters of the last names of the three co-founders of the company: Ron Rivest, Adi Shamir, and Leonard Adleman.

What does the “C” stand for in RSAC Conference?
The “C” in RSAC Conference represents community: cybersecurity for the community and by the community. In addition to community, it embodies collaboration, content, connection, culture, commerce, and curriculum.

How many years has RSAC Conference been held?
The first RSAC Conference was held in 1991 and consisted of just one panel discussion. In the ensuing decades, RSAC has grown into a series of events held around the world, annually attracting over 44,000 attendees.

Are sessions and Keynotes available after RSAC Conference?
RSAC Conference makes select recordings of Keynotes and sessions available for viewing on demand with an RSAC™ Membership approximately 30 days after the conclusion of Conference. View Library.

How do I apply for Continuing Professional Education (CPE)/Continuing Education (CE) credits?
We partner with leading educational organizations, such as IAPP, ISACA, ISC2 and more, to offer Continuing Education credits. Applying for CPE credits differs from organization to organization, so we recommend reading our web page and then connecting with the specific organizations for further details.

What is RSAC LoyaltyPlus?
RSAC Conference attendees who have purchased a Full Conference Pass or All Access Pass for four previous US RSAC Conferences (does not have to be consecutive) qualify for the RSAC™ LoyaltyPlus program. As a member, you will receive special treatment and exciting benefits, including discounts on future All Access Passes, access to the RSAC LoyaltyPlus Lounge, a collection pin, and more.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept credit cards (American Express, VISA, Discover and MasterCard), checks and wire transfers. Purchase orders are not an accepted form of payment.

When is RSAC 2026 Conference?
RSAC 2026 Conference will take place March 23 - 26 in San Francisco.

Where is RSAC 2026?
RSAC 2026 will take place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

What is the address of the Moscone Center?
Physical RSAC Conference events are held in San Francisco at the Moscone Center located at 747 Howard St.

What do hotels cost and how close are they to the Moscone Center?
There are several hotels with a range of rates that are within walking distance to the Moscone Center. For those who are not close enough to walk, there will be a shuttle service. See the Venue section of our website for details, available after registration opens in October.

Is there a meeting space available at RSAC Conference?
There are various common areas within the Moscone Center that can be used for impromptu and informal meetings.

Is the Moscone Center ADA compliant?
It is the Moscone Center’s intention to provide all reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities to assist them in attending events held at the center. See the Venue section of our website for details, available after registration opens.

Is there a lactation room or nursing mother’s room at the Moscone Center?
Yes, there will be a nursing mother’s room at Moscone. Please reference the Expo Guide or Pocket Guide for location, or inquire at any of our Info Desks onsite.

Are translation services available?
RSAC Conference is presented in English only. ASL and headphones for the hearing impaired are available and can be requested during the registration process. Open captions are included during RSAC™ Innovation Sandbox and all Keynotes. Closed captions are available on all on demand videos.

What special dietary requirements are accommodated with the meals at RSAC Conference?
Gluten-free, Halal, Kosher, and vegetarian meal options are available and requests for these, along with any other special dietary requests can be made during the registration process. There are also many restaurants and eateries within easy walking distance of the Moscone Center that offer a wide variety of dining options.

What seniority levels would benefit from RSAC Conference?
With hundreds of sessions, Keynotes, hands-on activities, and more, RSAC Conference has something for everyone. A wide range of topics are covered, from cybersecurity fundamentals to high-level discussions for C-level professionals.

How many people attend RSAC Conference?

How many vendors are at RSAC Conference?
RSAC 2025 saw more than 600 exhibitors fill the North and South Expo, and Early Stage Expo, an innovation space dedicated to promoting up-and-comers in the industry.

How much does RSAC USA cost?
An RSAC 2026 All Access Pass ranges from $2,195 to $2,995, depending on when purchased. An Expo Plus Pass ranges from $495 to $795, depending on when purchased, and an Expo Pass is $149. An All Access Pass gives access to all Track Sessions, inspiring Keynotes, the Expo, a variety of networking opportunities, and more.

What is RSAC Early Stage Expo?
RSAC™ Early Stage Expo, one of our innovation programs, is an exhibition space dedicated to promoting up-and-coming companies in the industry. Attendees can learn about their breakthrough products and solutions by visiting their booths or watching a short demo at the Early Stage Expo Briefing Center. 

What is RSAC Launch Pad?
RSAC™ Launch Pad is designed to give people with a breakthrough cybersecurity concept a platform to share their brilliant solutions. Three finalists compete in a Shark Tank®-style format to try to convince three cybersecurity venture capitalists that their idea has strong potential for success. All participants can expect to walk away with insights and tips that will help take their idea to the next level.

What is RSAC College Day?
RSAC™ College Day is a free program that gives college students the chance to explore career options, hear from the best in the field and network with leading companies. Students receive All Access Pass privileges on Thursday of Conference, plus attendance to some exclusive programs.

What’s the difference between RSAC Innovation Sandbox and RSAC Sandbox?
Each year, RSAC Innovation Sandbox brings together 10 emerging companies to make a three-minute pitch to a panel of judges during RSAC Conference. One winner is selected and crowned Most Innovative Startup. RSAC™ Sandbox is a space within RSAC Conference that provides the chance to join in on a wide range of interactive challenges and networking opportunities.
