MMRCL (Mumbai Metrorail Corporation Limited), JV of Govt. of India and Govt.

of Maharashtra,
has invited a tender for the Construction of a Foot over Bridge connecting Metrorail station to
suburban railway station.

After a preliminary screening, MMRCL has selected 4 companies M/s ABC Limited, XYZ
Company, PQR India Limited & MNO Construction. The Bid assessment Committee of MMRCL
Expert decided to judge the 4 companies based on 3 factor to award the Job with more
rationality & accuracy.

They have selected the following factors for comprehensive analysis

1. Cost

2. Time

3. Credit conditions (performance, prestige, power)

Credit Conditions are considered important compared to cost but not as the time. However time
constraints are very important to the cost of the project
