We are writing to request permission to conduct a cleanup drive in our


Barangay Villamor, Cabarroguis, Quirino on March 1, 8, 15 and 22, 2025.
Our group, Grade 12 Zircon Humanities And Social Sciences Strand SY
2024-2025 of CNSAT, is composed of concerned citizens who aim to
promote a cleaner and healthier environment in our community.

The cleanup drive will cover the major streets, alleys, and public areas
within the barangay. We will be providing trash bags, gloves, and other
necessary materials for the activity. We will also be coordinating with the
barangay's waste management team to ensure that the collected trash is
properly disposed of.

We believe that this activity will not only improve the physical appearance
of our barangay but also promote community involvement and social
responsibility. We would like to invite barangay officials, residents, and
local businesses to join us in this endeavor.

Please let us know if this is feasible and if there are any requirements or
permits needed to proceed with the activity. We are willing to work with
the barangay council to ensure the success of this project.
