Payment Agreement Contract

This Payment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [4/13/2025] (4/13//2025) by and


between:

Payer Details:
- Name: [Kristalina Georgieva]

Receiver Details:
- Name: [YURI SERGIENKO]

Payment Terms:
1. The Payer agrees to pay the Receiver the amount of $27,700 (Twenty-Seven Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars).
2. The Receiver agrees to pay a fee of $89 (Eighty-Nine Dollars) prior to the Payer making the
payment.
3. Upon receipt of the fee, the Payer shall pay the amount of $27,700 within [ 5 TO 20 Minutes ].

Default and Dispute Resolution:


1. Failure by either party to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement shall constitute a
breach.
2. In the event of a breach, this Agreement shall serve as evidence in any action taken to resolve
the dispute.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
[International Payments and Conflicts of Laws].

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior
discussions, negotiations, and agreements.

BY ACCEPTING
By ACCEPTING, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to the
terms and conditions of this Agreement.
