Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience
in designing, building, and maintaining Java-based applications. You will play a key role in the
development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to
build robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs.

Key Responsibilities
● Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
● Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend frameworks like AngularJS.
● Implement microservice-based architectures and containerize applications using
Kubernetes.
● Work on real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka and MQTT.
● Deploy and monitor applications in AWS environments using services like S3, CloudWatch,
and EKS.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments, participate in code
reviews, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
● Integrate basic ML models for data processing and business logic.
● Handle large datasets using ElasticSearch and maintain high performance across
distributed systems.
● Contribute to architectural decisions and improve existing system design and
performance
● Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
● 3 - 9 years of experience in backend development using Java (preferably Java 8 or
above)
● Strong expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring
Data)
● Proficient in designing and building RESTful APIs
● Good understanding of microservices architecture and inter-service communication
● Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
● Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and best practices
● Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle
● Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket)
● Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to Have
● Experience with chatbot integrations or IoT-based platforms
● Familiarity with legacy system integration and modern Kotlin-based services
● Knowledge of QR-based or point-reward systems
