Quarter 1: Introduction to Micro:bit

The micro:bit is a pocket-sized, programmable


computer developed by the BBC. It's designed to
be used in education and to help students learn
about coding and computer science in a hands-
on way. The micro:bit has features like a 25 LED
display, two programmable buttons, sensors, a
speaker, and a microphone, allowing students to
create a variety of interactive projects.
